About Diving Suit

Kinds of diving suits

(a)   Wet suit. Diver usually wears it in tropical environments. It keeps your body warm, protects your body from a hard fall on the water and protects you from harmful UV sun rays. Our wet suits in a variety of thicknesses and in high quality neoprene. The thicker of neoprene, the more ability of the wet suit has to keep you warm. Furthermore, the better the suit fits to your body, the warmer the suit will feel.

(b)   Dry suit. It can insulate your body at close to freezing temperature. So diver wear it for cold water diving. In addition to keeping you warm, they protect you from abrasions, stings and even sunburn. Moreover, dry suit doesn’t allow any water in at all. The tight seals around the neck, wrists and ankles keep water out. The air trapped inside will aid in keeping you warm.

Maintenance of diving suits

Step 1, please rinse out your diving suits with fresh water as soon as possible after every dive. It will be better if you have diving suit shampoo.

Step 2, please hang it to dry and turn inside out to dry. But not in direct sunlight and hung on nonmetal hanger. There are special hangers for it to avoid creasing.

Step 3, please inspect your diving suit fully and carefully after it completely dry. And repair any damages timely.

Step 4, please store your diving suit without any fold and stress in cool and dry place. The best way to store your diving suit is, stretch out flat or hang on a wide hanger.

One step more for dry suit is taking care for zippers too. Please store dry suit with metal zipper open and plastic zipper close.
